Do you need our real products?

Yes. We start from your product photos, even a few clear phone shots, so the shape, colour and label are accurate in every frame.

Who owns the work?

You do, as soon as the invoice is paid. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

How do revisions work?

Starter includes one revision round per batch, and Growth and Scale include two. Changes outside the agreed brief are quoted before we start.

Do AI ads need to be labelled?

Often, yes. Meta and TikTok label realistic AI content, and Canadian ad guidelines expect disclosure for AI people and AI-made product claims. We tell you which assets need a label and set them up correctly.

Do you use real people's faces?

Only with written consent. Our presenters and ambassadors are synthetic or licensed, and we never use a real person's face or voice without a signed release.

Can we cancel?

After the 3-month minimum, plans run month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
